In the fifteenth episode of The Babylon Bee podcast, editor-in-chief Kyle Mann and creative director Ethan Nicolle are joined by Peter Boghossian and James Lindsay, of the famed "Grievance Studies Affair" who submitted hoax studies to academic journals and got three of them accepted. Peter and James are self-proclaimed atheists who are politically liberal, but their work exposing how certain areas of academia prioritize narrative above truth is not only important but hilarious. They also care a lot about having meaningful disagreements and are actively fighting "cancel culture." We talk to them about the Grievance Studies Affair as well as their new book, How To Have Impossible Conversations. They also have a new project for facilitating impossible conversations called New Discourses. As usual, Kyle and Ethan also get into a few news stories including John Bolton the walrus, vaping AR-15's, and Monopoly for Christian women. They extend the conversation with Peter and James in the subscriber-exclusive portion of the episode.
