SECTION 1 - WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you register your account, as part of the donation, app registration or buying process, we collect the personal information you give us. Information includes, but is not limited to, name, address, phone, and email address.
When you browse our website, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser, operating system, internet service provider, and physical geographic location.
Email marketing: With your permission, we may send you emails about the ministry, new products and other updates.
SECTION 2 - CONSENT
How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to access our digital services, complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, or arrange for a delivery, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.
How do I withdraw my consent?
If after you opt-in, you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at anytime, by contacting us at support@victory.radio or mailing us at: 1705 Sawnee Dr, Cumming, GA 30040. Additionally, all marketing emails include an opt-out link in the footer.
At this time, we do not permit permanent deletion of any personally identifiable information (PII) obtained from you or collected by other means, unless required by law.
SECTION 3 - DISCLOSURE
We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
SECTION 4.1 - DATA AND CARD PROCESSING
Your data is stored in Victory 91.5's data storage, databases and applications on a secure server. When you provide card information, that data is stored at CyberSource/Authorize.net. The data center has ISO 27001 certification and has been validated as a Level 1 service provider under the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard (DSS). All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of card information by our website.
SECTION 4.2 - Charitable Contributions
IRS Publication 1771 explains the federal tax law for both Victory 91.5 and you, the taxpayer. When you make a donation to us, we record the amount, date, method of contribution, and personal information so we can provide you with a written acknowledgment of your contribution. No later than January 31 of each year, we'll provide you with an annual summary describing your prior tax-year contributions. Victory 91.5 will provide you with an electronic copy of your acknowledgment letter, unless you specify it is sent by mail. Electronic acknowledgment authorization is automatically granted by you each year and must be revoked by contacting Victory 91.5 or by revoking authorization under your account settings.
SECTION 4.3 - Refunds & Cancellations
All donations made to Victory 91.5 are final & non-refundable. Victory 91.5 reserves the right to refund a transcation at their discretion. Typically, we'll allow transactions from the current tax year to be refunded. If you have a recurring donation, it's your responsibily to cancel it prior to the processing date. You can cancel your recurring donation online at https://victory.radio/account or by calling 770-781-9150.
SECTION 5 - THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
In general, the third-party providers, including, but not limited to RLN Global, Inc., Reformation Financial, Inc., and RadioReformation, LLC will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us. Some third-party providers will receive your PII and financial information in order to provide their service to us.
SECTION 6 - SECURITY
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

The Victory 91.5 website uses cookies and local storage to monitor your visit to the website.
SECTION 8 - AGE OF CONSENT
By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.
