SECTION 1 – WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?

When you register your account, as part of the donation, app registration or buying process, we collect the personal information you give us. Information includes, but is not limited to, name, address, phone, and email address.

When you browse our website, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser, operating system, internet service provider, and physical geographic location.

Email marketing: With your permission, we may send you emails about the ministry, new products and other updates.

SECTION 2 – CONSENT

2.1 How do you get my consent?

When you provide us with personal information to access our digital services, complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, or arrange for a delivery, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

2.2 How do I withdraw my consent?

If after you opt-in, you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you or for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information at any time by contacting us at support@victory.radio or mailing us at:

Your rights to access, correct, or delete your data are described in Section 10.

SECTION 3 – DISCLOSURE

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

SECTION 3.1 – PHONE-CALL RECORDINGS

When you call our customer-service number (770-781-9150), your call may be recorded. We use recordings solely for:

  • Security and account-validation purposes;
  • On-air or promotional materials;
  • Customer-support training and quality assurance.
Recordings are encrypted in transit and at rest on our secure servers. They are retained for up to 7 years (or until our storage automatically purges oldest files FIFO) and are not shared with any third-party organization.
At the beginning of the call, you can press the star (“*”) key to opt out of call recording for the duration of that call.

SECTION 4 – DATA USAGE & PROCESSING

4.1 Data and Card Processing

Your data is stored in Victory 91.5's encrypted databases and applications on secure servers. When you provide card information, that data is processed via:

  • CyberSource/Authorize.net – PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment gateway
  • Stripe – PCI-DSS Level 1 certified credit-card processing
All payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard).

4.2 Charitable Contributions

IRS Publication 1771 explains the federal tax law for both Victory 91.5 and you, the taxpayer. When you make a donation to us, we record the amount, date, method of contribution, and personal information so we can provide you with a written acknowledgment of your contribution. No later than January 31 of each year, we'll provide you with an annual summary describing your prior tax-year contributions. Victory 91.5 will provide you with an electronic copy of your acknowledgment letter, unless you specify it is sent by mail. Electronic acknowledgment authorization is automatically granted by you each year and must be revoked by contacting Victory 91.5 or by revoking authorization under your account settings.

4.3 Refunds & Cancellations

All donations made to Victory 91.5 are final & non-refundable. Victory 91.5 reserves the right to refund a transaction at our discretion. Typically, we'll allow transactions from the current tax year to be refunded. If you have a recurring donation, it's your responsibility to cancel it prior to the processing date. SECTION 5 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We rely on the following third-party service providers to deliver and support our services. They may process your information only as necessary to perform their services for us:

  • AWS (Amazon Web Services) – hosting and storage
  • IBM Cloud – hosting and data services
  • Google Workspace – email and collaboration tools
  • Intercom – customer-support chat and ticketing
  • Mailchimp – email-marketing and newsletters
  • RadioReformation – streaming infrastructure, listener analytics, donor-data storage, and mobile-app back end
  • Invubu Solutions – mobile-app development and integrations
  • Smarty – address verification
  • Twilio – PBX trunking and data lookup
  • MaxMind – IP geolocation lookup
  • Algolia – site search and indexing

SECTION 6 – SECURITY

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices:

  • TLS encryption for data in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest
  • Encrypted database storage with strong hashing for user credentials
  • Quarterly vulnerability scans and annual penetration tests
  • PCI-DSS compliance for all payment processes
Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

SECTION 7 – COOKIES & TRACKING

We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to monitor your visit and improve our services. Specifically:

  • Sentry.io (error-logging and performance monitoring)
  • New Relic (application performance monitoring)
  • Our own in-house analytics and tracking systems
  • Canvas fingerprinting, operated by RadioReformation

SECTION 8 – AGE OF CONSENT & CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you have given us consent to allow any minor dependents to use this site. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected data from a child under 13, please contact us to have it deleted.

SECTION 9 – CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. For material changes, we will send an email to all registered users and display a prominent banner on our homepage for 30 days.

SECTION 10 – YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, email us at support@victory.radio. We will permanently purge all non-financial data within 2 weeks of verification; financial data will be retained up to 7 years in compliance with record-keeping requirements.
