In Genesis 1:11-12, God commanded the earth to bring forth vegetation - seeds and the fruit of the plant that has seeds in them. Then, He gives it to us for food.  Sue continues to remind us of the importance of seeds, such as grains and beans and introduces the fruit of the seeds, which are fruits and vegetables. In this episode, she discusses the role of both in our bodies and how God has provided, not just our immediate food needs, but our future food needs as well.
